Etiquette & Cancellation Policies

Please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes early.

For your safety, please notify us of any medical conditions or medications you are taking.

A credit card is required to reserve your Spa appointment.

We require 24-hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of a single service.

If a guest cancels after the allotted time, 100% of the service will be charged. No shows will be charged 100% of the service.

Children under the age of thirteen are not permitted in the day spa unless accompanied by an adult.

Gift certificates are non-refundable, non- transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire one your from the date of purchase.

Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests.

Unless otherwise noted gift certificates do not include gratuities.
